Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and identify and fix leaks.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Check pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Figure out the needs of the piping system and determine the appropriate pipe size.
- Measure, cut, thread, and shape pipes to the necessary size and form.
Qualifications:
- Must have a plumbing license.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in plumbing.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in a variety of settings, including residential and commercial properties.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Must be able to work in tight spaces.
- Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
- Backflow prevention Certification
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
