- Competence in using and keeping tools and shop equipment in good condition.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in welding.
- Strong knowledge of welding principles and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent safety awareness.
